5 rounds of:
30 second plank
30 metres burpee broad jumps
30 push-ups
NOTE: Each time you drop the plank, add another burpee broad jump after the 30 metres is covered..
Burpee broad jumps - instead of jumping straight up in the air, jump forward.
Push-ups - chest to ground
